LWP Club Terms & Conditions

  1. By registering online at www.lwpclub.com.au/registration *, a builders sales representative becomes a member of the LWP Club (Club Member).

  2. LWP Group will record a referral for a Club Member nominated by a buyer at the time of the signing of the relevant contract to purchase land from any participating LWP estate.

  3. Points will be awarded for a referral subject to the settlement of the relevant contract being completed by a buyer on or before the nominated settlement date.

  4. A Club Member will be informed of the completion of settlement by email from the LWP Group.

  5. Points awarded to a Club Member will be available for redemption within 48 hours of the notification of completion of settlement.

  6. Club Members must redeem points and claim rewards through the LWP Club website.

  7. All points accrued up to 5pm Tuesday, 5 March 2019 will expire 12 months from the date of settlement. Lots sold and settled from Wednesday, 6 March 2019 onwards will expire 24 months from the date of settlement.

  8. Membership to the LWP Club will terminate if the Club Member leaves the home sales industry. Points accrued must be redeemed within one (1) month of leaving the industry. After this time the points will be forfeited.

  9. Membership to the LWP Club is not transferrable to any other person.

  10. Points awarded to a Club Member are not transferrable to any other person.

  11. Bonus points will be awarded to a Club Member once 5 sales have been made and settled. 1000 bonus points will be awarded and will expire as per the standard points awarded (all points expire 2 years from settlement). Accumulation of sales is boundless.

  12. A Club Member must notify LWP Group in writing immediately if they change employment to another building company so that their information can be updated. This can be done by emailing salesteam@lwpproperty.com.au

  13. By registering as a Club Member, the Club Member consents to the use of their personal information in accordance with LWP Group’s Privacy Policy

  14. LWP Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the membership and disqualify any Club Member who has;

    1. provided incomplete, indecipherable and/or offensive material as part of their participation in the LWP Club;

    2. breached any of these terms and conditions; and/or

    3. contravened any applicable laws or regulations or otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct.

  15. All redemptions are supplied by third party suppliers and subject to the terms and conditions of that third party supplier. LWP Group accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever.

  16. Product delivery can take up to 60 days.

  17. LWP Group reserves the right to change, vary or amend any aspect of the LWP Club programme and website at any time, at its discretion.
